SHOW CATALOG INFORMATION:
Show catalogs will be sent to all NALRC members in early March. If you
are not an NALRC member and would like to receive a catalog, email your

AWARDS INFORMATION:
The NALRC sponsors the Best of Breed award in both Open and Youth. They
also provide 1st place rosettes for all classes and flat ribbons for
2-5th place. As a way to keep entry fees low and still provide
a nice selection of awards, the club solicits donations for several other
awards given at the National Show. All award donors who sponsor awards prior to February 1st, get a listing in our show catalog as well as a link to their rabbitry website/email on our club website. We will still accept award donations after the February 1st deadline, but cannot guarantee a listing in the show catalog. Donors will still receive recognition on the club website with a link to their rabbitry website/email. All donations appreciated. Only awards that have a sponsor will be awarded. Click
HERE for more information on how to become an award donor.

STATLER CLASS INFORMATION:
The Jo Statler Memorial Breeders Class is a class that was established
in memory of JoAnne Statler, who is considered one of the founders
of the breed in the United States. It is judged on the overall
consistency of quality of four Lionheads, sired or produced by a single
Lionhead buck or doe. The entry is a single entry made in the
name of the sire or dam. All 4 animals must be out of the sire
or dam for which the entry is made. The cost for this single entry is $6.50. For complete rules for this
class, click HERE.
SHOW RULES INFORMATION:
The show rules are currently being reviewed by the show committee and
will be posted on the club website once they are finalized. They
will also be included in the show catalog. Click HERE to see
a list of show rules.
LIVE AUCTION INFORMATION:
In conjunction with our annual National Exhibition Show, the NALRC will
also host it’s annual Live Rabbit Auction. This is the
club’s one major fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from
this event help cover club expenses while still allowing us to keep
membership fees affordable. Donations to this event will be accepted
through April 15th, with 15 animals being selected by the Live
Auction Committee by April 22nd. The Live Auction will
take place immediately following the completion of the National Show
on May 2nd, 2009. For a complete
list of Live Auction Rules, Click HERE.
BANQUET INFORMATION:
Following the NALRC National Show, the club invites you to join us for
a relaxing evening with friends at our club banquet. The banquet
is scheduled for 7:30pm on May 2nd at the Spaghetti Warehouse. For
complete details and a ticket form, click HERE.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
The club will not have a headquarter hotel this year. Instead we
are providing a list of hotels in the area, which will hopefully meet
the needs and budgets of all exhibitors. Please note some hotels
do not allow pets, so if you plan to have rabbits in your room, make
sure you double check on the hotel pet policy. Click
HERE for a list of area hotels.
DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW:
The show will be held at the Ohio Expo Center in the O’Neil Building. The
